| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr. Venkatraman Sheshashayee ("Mr Sheshashayee") was appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company on 16 November 2020. As announced by the Company on 21 April 2021, Mr Sheshashayee will step down from his role as the Acting CEO of the Company with effect from 15 June 2021, and Mr Keith Ian Mullin will assume the position of the CEO with effect from 15 June 2021. Mr Sheshashayee will continue as Acting CEO until the effective date of his cessation and will be working closely with the Board to ensure an orderly and smooth transition to Mr Mullin. |
